About

Hey!  First, thanks for checking the page out!  Let me answer some questions I get a lot…

Ok… Who are you??

Good question!  My name is David Dollar, and I’m a married father of a McQueen lovin’ son in Birmingham, AL.  And I’m an independent travel agent that works for Paradise Falls Travel Co.

Ok Dave, what do you do??

I work with families, couples, group and individuals to help plan their trips to Disney locations (including Cruises, Land, World, Aulani in Hawaii and Adventures By Disney) as well as trips to Universal Orlando, which included Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.  I can also help with tickets to SeaWorld and LEGOLAND in Central Florida.

Okay, Dave, what DO you actually do??

As much or as little as you’d like me to do. With trips to WDW, Disneyland and Universal Orlando, we’ll first figure out where you are going to stay — which resort works best at the price that suits your needs.

With Disney World, I’ll help with dining reservations, Fastpasses, touring and planning your park days and more.  With Disneyland and Universal Orlando, which doesn’t require nearly as much planning, I’ll still be here to help in every way possible, answer questions and get things set up for you.

For other destinations, I’m here to help as well!

Sounds great, Dave… now, much do you charge??

I love answering this question… if you stay on Disney property during your trip, my services to you are completely complimentary.  In fact, if you did your entire trip all on your own, you’d pay the exact same price as if you booked through me.  I also do not charge any fee for Disney Cruise Lines, Adventures by Disney, Aulani in Hawaii or Universal Orlando!

Ok Dave… But what if I’m off property at Disneyland, Disney World and/or Universal Orlando?

For Disney World, I unfortunately do have to charge a planning fee for off-property stays. I don’t book off-property hotels, but I can help you plan everything out, just as if you were an on-property guest in a two hour planning session.  In this meeting, via Skype, Google hangout, over the phone, etc, we’ll walk through your entire trip, with dining, Fastpasses and I can answer any and all questions you may have about your upcoming trip.

For Universal Orlando, I don’t currently plan trips not on property.

For Disneyland, my services to you are complimentary as long as you either stay in one of the three on-property hotels (Grand Californian, Paradise Pier, Disneyland Hotel) or in one of the dozens of “Good Neighbor” hotels in the surrounding area.

Ok Dave… What makes you an expert?

I’ve been travel planning for almost five years, three of which have been as a full time career. There are 29 main resort properties at Disney World, and I’ve spent at least one night over 25 of them (I need Saratoga, Old Key West, Bay Lake Tower & Contemporary to knock off my bucket list!)… and total, at least 150 nights spent on property lifetime.  I’ve done the “Four Parks in One Day” challenge three times, and one “50 Attractions in 24 Hours” challenge once — it nearly killed me, but it was magical!

I’ve experienced Disney Cruises, Disneyland and Universal Orlando, and have had certified training in both Adventures by Disney and Aulani in Hawaii, as well as going through Disney’s College of Knowledge multiple times, in both the initial certifications and subsequent updates!

No one can know everything when it comes to Disney, as things change so fast, but I’m surrounded by an amazing team that can help me find your answer if I don’t know it!

Please feel free to explore and ask any questions that you may have!
